Privacy notice
This notice explains how Nodentia handles personal data collected through this website, www.nodentia.si. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your company, phone number, topic and message.
- When you visit: page views counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
- To deliver and protect the site: your IP address, which Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes to serve pages and protect the site from attacks. When you send the form, Cloudflare Turnstile also checks that the message comes from a person and not an automated program.
This site does not set cookies.
How we use it
We use the details you send only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. We do not add you to a mailing list, use your details for marketing, or sell them.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the visit statistics and the form check. It runs a global network, so requests may be handled outside Singapore.
- Zoho Mail provides our email. Your enquiry is delivered to our mailbox there, which is stored in the United States.
Both providers handle this data under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and our replies for as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep a record of our correspondence. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email us at [email protected].
